Refund policy

At Lumenda Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality smart coolers, AI vending machines, and unattended retail solutions. Due to the nature of our commercial equipment and the logistics involved in shipping and installation, we maintain the following Return & Exchange Policy.

No Returns.
All sales are final. Lumenda Labs does not accept returns or provide refunds for equipment, accessories, replacement parts, software, or services once an order has been placed and shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about product selection, our team is happy to assist you prior to ordering.


Exchanges for Defective Equipment
If your equipment arrives with a manufacturing defect or experiences a verified hardware failure covered under the manufacturer's warranty, Lumenda Labs will coordinate an exchange or warranty replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To request an exchange, customers must:
    •    Notify Lumenda Labs within 7 calendar days of delivery for shipping damage or equipment that arrives inoperable.
    •    Provide photos and/or videos documenting the issue.
    •    Allow our technical support team to troubleshoot the equipment remotely before an exchange is approved.
    •    Return the defective equipment if requested. Replacement equipment may be shipped before or after the defective unit is received, depending on the manufacturer's warranty procedures.

Shipping Damage
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:
    •    Note the damage with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
    •    Take clear photographs of the packaging and equipment.
    •    Contact Lumenda Labs within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the ability to process a shipping claim.

Manufacturer Warranty
Most equipment sold by Lumenda Labs includes a manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions vary by manufacturer and product.
Lumenda Labs will assist customers with warranty claims and coordinate service or replacement when applicable.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:
    •    Improper installation
    •    Misuse or abuse
    •    Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    •    Improper electrical supply
    •    Neglect or lack of routine maintenance
    •    Acts of nature or accidents

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective upon arrival:
    •    Custom-configured equipment
    •    Special-order products
    •    Software licenses
    •    Installation and white-glove services
    •    Shipping charges
    •    Consumables and inventory

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are submitted to the manufacturer or prepared for shipment.
Once production, configuration, or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
